FAQs

When should I check or replace bearings, brakes, and suspension on my trailer?

I recommend servicing bearings and inspecting brakes and suspension once a year, or every 10,000 miles. Boat trailers should be checked every season because water causes faster wear. If you hear noise, feel vibration, or see uneven tire wear, don’t wait – get it looked at.

At least once a year, and always before a long trip. A yearly inspection is inexpensive insurance compared to roadside breakdowns.

Twice a year, in the spring and fall. Catching cracked sealant early prevents costly water damage.

Once per season. A yearly hydraulic service keeps your plow reliable and prevents expensive mid-winter failures.

Most RV roofs last 10–20 years with proper maintenance. Soft spots, bubbling, staining, or a musty smell can indicate moisture. We can also test it with a moisture meter.
